About The Position

Royal Caribbean Group's Supply Chain Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Supplier Relationship Management reporting to the Project Manager. We are seeking a high-impact SRM Lead to support the rollout and execution of our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program across key strategic suppliers. This role will partner with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to drive supplier performance, value creation, and strategic collaboration across a multi-billion-dollar supply base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required
  • 5–7+ years in: Supplier Management / Vendor Management, Procurement / Strategic Sourcing, Consulting or Program Management in complex environments
  • Experience managing large, strategic vendor relationships ($5M+ spend)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus
  • Experience in ERP environments (Oracle, Supplier Portal, Apex, etc.)
  • Familiarity with supplier segmentation models (e.g., Kraljic)
  • Experience with QBRs and supplier governance frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with top-tier strategic suppliers (e.g., global technology partners with $10M+ spend)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based supplier partnerships
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Develop executive-ready materials and insights, Align internal stakeholders ahead of meetings, Track outcomes and follow-ups
  • Ensure adherence to SRM governance frameworks and cadence
  • Identify and drive value creation opportunities, including: Cost savings and cost avoidance, Process improvements, Innovation initiatives
  • Implement and manage supplier performance scorecards
  • Monitor and address supplier risks and performance gaps
  • Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure consistent supplier strategy
  • Support executive-level discussions and decision-making
  • Support expansion of SRM across additional categories
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of SRM frameworks, tools, and templates
  • Help scale the program into a best-in-class capability
