About The Position

The Lead Superintendent will manage all on-site construction activities and sequencing, coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and material flow, and ensure schedule adherence and milestone completion. This role involves enforcing safety standards and QA/QC procedures, leading daily field coordination and site meetings, and partnering with project management to resolve field issues. Additionally, the Lead Superintendent will support the training and development of field personnel and maintain site documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 15+ years of field construction experience
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, logistics, and trade coordination

Nice To Haves

• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred
