About The Position
The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field execution on large-scale construction projects, ensuring coordination of trades, adherence to schedule, and delivery of high-quality work. This role serves as a senior field leader and may support multiple projects or mentor field staff as the team grows.
Requirements
- 15+ years of field construction experience
- Experience on large-scale or complex projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, logistics, and trade coordination
Nice To Haves
- Data center or mission-critical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities and sequencing
- Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and material flow
- Ensure schedule adherence and milestone completion
- Enforce safety standards and QA/QC procedures
- Lead daily field coordination and site meetings
- Partner with project management to resolve field issues
- Support training and development of field personnel
- Maintain site documentation and reporting
