Procurement Professional with comprehensive knowledge of supply chain and procurement with in-depth knowledge of project management and International Trade Compliance. This role manages large, complex procurements, projects, and processes that can be inside or outside of their immediate job area. Typically, responsible for managing multiple Government procurements in support of multiple Government Programs. Explains, interprets, communicates and achieves cooperation on policies, procedures and practices with internal and external customers. Frequently provides guidance and assistance to other employees. This position requires following established procedures and policies to perform assigned tasks and provides inputs that will have measurable impact on the achievement of overall function or business results. Requires use and/or application of supply chain/procurement principles, theories, and concepts learned from prior experiences with the analysis of the issues. Work is performed with minimal oversight. Role requires about 25% international travel. Obtaining a passport within first 6 months of employment is required.
