About The Position

The Lead Stylist position supports retail strategies and store operations to contribute to financial growth and sustained brand equity. The role involves customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations, with an emphasis on Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage, product knowledge, and the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close. The position is part-time at the Levi’s® Outlet Store in Washington, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, squat, and bend constantly.
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable approach.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Follow store cash-handling guidelines.
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss-prevention programs.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the selling floor as needed.
• Assist with merchandise pricing as needed.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Refill and replenish the sales floor rapidly and accurately using RFID-enabled inventory processes.
• Use basic technology skills, including iOS familiarity, basic device troubleshooting, and reading and understanding technical training manuals.
