The Lead Student Engagement Programs Advisor, also known as Assistant Director, Student Affairs within USC Marshall School of Business Undergraduate Student Affairs, is responsible for shaping the Marshall student experience. This role involves developing programs, experiences, and communications that foster community, celebrate students, and strengthen their connection to Marshall throughout their undergraduate journey. The position offers an opportunity to combine creativity, student engagement, and communications, allowing the incumbent to see the direct impact of their work. The advisor will lead the Marshall Experience Program, developing programs and signature experiences to build community and school pride. Additionally, they will be the primary content strategist and manager for Marshall Undergraduate Programs' social media, sharing student stories, accomplishments, and opportunities. Collaboration with students and colleagues across Marshall and USC, support for broader student engagement initiatives, and the chance to implement new ideas are key aspects of this role.
