About The Position

The Lead Strategy Consultant will join Exadel’s growing UK advisory practice and help shape and scale its strategy consulting capabilities. The consultant will assess combinations of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to help clients improve performance, develop capabilities, address operational challenges, and enable transformation. The role stays involved beyond strategy definition, working with delivery teams to turn strategic direction into solutions and outcomes. It also includes building client relationships and business opportunities, contributing to consulting methods and practice growth, and mentoring other consultants. The listed US locations are Philadelphia, Tampa, Chicago, or Dallas/Austin, and candidates must reside in the United States.

Requirements

  • Experience assessing organizational capabilities, business processes, governance, and operating models and recommending changes aligned with client goals.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching consultants, with an interest in helping others develop.
