The Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner is a senior client-facing role responsible for driving performance, retention, and growth across large enterprise customer accounts within Uber Freight’s Transportation Management business. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them optimize their supply chain performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve overall operational efficiency. You will lead customer engagement, own account strategy, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives across complex transportation networks.
