Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and five (5) years of relevant experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
- Must possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Must have knowledge of adult learning theories, competency-based training processes and select parts of GMP/Compliance regulations as it relates to training requirements.
- Must possess leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, creative thinking, communication, writing, time management, organizational and analytical processing skills.
- Must possess strong computer skills including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Nice To Haves
- Training Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of MyUniversity, Percipio, WorkDay and Documentum preferred.
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Manufacturing/Packaging training process at the site.
- Lead all Operational training initiatives at the site.
- Support all lean initiatives at the site as it relates to Manufacturing/Packaging training.
- Audit training documentation to ensure compliance with job performance vs. qualifications.
- Monitor on-the-job training efforts to ensure that they are being conducted in alignment with training plans.
- Support frontline supervision in the development, coordination, execution and follow-through of new employee training.
- Assess training needs throughout Manufacturing/Packaging and address any gaps that are identified.
- Maintain an Operator Capability Matrix for all Manufacturing/Packaging employees.
- Author and deliver technical training.
- Assist in the development of training modules associated with current and new processes/equipment.
- Represent the Manufacturing/Packaging training team during regulatory body inspections.
