About The Position

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line. Demonstrated leadership abilities and will be responsible for training and directing 12-40 employees. Assign plant operations during shift, meet production schedules, and maintain employee and product safety. This role requires a Production & Quality conscientious individual who will monitor usages and paperwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Ability to follow-up
• Ability to be punctual and outgoing
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a plant environment
• Ability to successfully multi-task
• Ability to ensure collaborative relationships with industry, trade, other associations, regulatory agencies and company staff
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in SAP preferred
