About The Position

Ventura Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Production Support Team Member to join their team. This role is primarily based in the warehouse and dock areas, helping keep materials moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes pride in organization, communicates well with others, and is willing to learn and support multiple areas of the operation. While this position primarily supports material flow, warehouse, and dock activities, team members may also assist in production as business needs change. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Willingness to learn multiple jobs and support different areas of the facility
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, forklift, or related industrial experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Receive, unload, verify, and organize inbound shipments
• Load outbound shipments accurately and on schedule
• Keep production supplied with materials and components
• Use scanners and warehouse software to track inventory and material movement
• Communicate professionally with truck drivers and teammates
• Support warehouse, dock, and production activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adapt to changing priorities and learn multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrate reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
