Responsibilities

  • Leading the analysis and revision of system set-up and documentation for advanced business information systems to solve complex issues
  • Crafting comprehensive specifications for system enhancements and new program development based on thorough business and user needs analysis
  • Translating detailed business requirements into system requirement specifications, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities
  • Forecasting the impacts of system changes on interconnected computer systems, providing in-depth assessments to stakeholders
  • Performing critical evaluations of proposals, including cost, time, and resource analysis, to guide executive decision-making
  • Serving as a key liaison between clients, IT teams, and software vendors, facilitating sophisticated system solution development
  • Defining and track success metrics for new systems or processes, establishing robust monitoring and measurement plans
  • Guaranteeing the integrity and quality of data across diverse application implementations within the organization
  • Leading and directing complex projects with minimal guidance, setting strategic priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
