This role involves serving as a Case Manager and IEP Lead for Middle School students and the Special Education Team, providing instructional support, IEP collaboration, and progress monitoring. The position emphasizes providing IEP best practices, coaching, mentorship, and support to the Special Education Team. Requirements

• Valid Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement
• Fingerprinting and background check required before start
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Case Manager to Middle School students with IEPs
• IEP Lead to Middle School Special Education Team
• Provide IEP best practices, coaching, mentorship, and support to Special Education Team
