About The Position

The Lead Spa Concierge serves as the primary liaison between spa guests, group clients, and the spa operations team. This role ensures an exceptional guest experience by coordinating personalized spa services, managing group and event bookings, and leading the concierge team to deliver seamless, luxury service. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in both individual and group settings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury spa, hospitality, or event coordination (lead/supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of spa/wellness treatments and terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with spa management software and reservation systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Supervise spa concierge/front desk team, ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on spa treatments, wellness offerings, and resort amenities.
  • Handle special requests, VIP services, and guest concerns with discretion and care.
  • Act as the main point of contact for spa group reservations, weddings, corporate retreats, and social events.
  • Collaborate with event planners, resort sales, and spa management to customize group experiences.
  • Develop detailed itineraries for group bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling of treatments, spaces, and amenities.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event communication with clients, confirming details and adjustments as needed.
  • Manage booking systems and maintain accurate schedules for both individual and group reservations.
  • Train and mentor concierge staff in guest relations, reservation systems, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all resort policies, health/safety regulations, and spa service standards.
