About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Lead Solutions Architect to architect a platform for a federal agency that combines statistical simulation, multi-agent AI systems, and optimization modeling. The platform will support resource-allocation decisions under uncertainty by weighing operational risk against capacity constraints and recommending courses of action. The role leads architecture and design for a multi-engine analytics platform and guides integration with AI infrastructure in a government cloud environment. The architect partners with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate mission requirements into technical solutions, and provides technical leadership to a cross-functional engineering team working across mathematical simulation, data engineering, and applied AI/ML within Palantir. The role also owns technical risk management throughout the platform lifecycle, including testing standards, security posture, and performance and scalability reviews. The position requires full-time, on-site work in the DC area.
