•$120,400 - $234,700•Onsite

About The Position

At Accenture Federal Services, the Lead Solutions Architect will architect a platform combining statistical simulation, multi-agent AI systems, and optimization modeling to help a federal agency streamline resource-allocation decisions under uncertainty. The platform will weigh operational risk against capacity constraints to recommend courses of action. The role leads architecture and design across a multi-engine analytics platform and guides its integration with AI infrastructure in a government cloud environment. The architect partners with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn mission requirements into technical solutions, while providing mentorship and technical leadership to a cross-functional engineering team working across mathematical simulation, data engineering, and applied AI/ML within Palantir. The role owns technical risk management throughout the platform lifecycle, including testing standards, security posture, and performance and scalability reviews. This position requires full-time onsite work in the DC area and an active Secret clearance.

  • Experience with Python-based backend systems and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with linear or mathematical optimization, such as linear programming or constraint-based modeling.
  • Experience with multi-agent AI system design, such as AWS Bedrock or similar.
