About The Position

As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Corporate Technology – Employee Platforms, you will drive technical program delivery and develop innovative solutions through data analytics and technical expertise. You will serve as a bridge between product owners, business stakeholders, operations, and software developers, translating complex business requirements into structured, technically feasible solutions. The role uses data-informed decision-making and strategic insights to support business initiatives, while navigating ambiguity and change and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

You will lead requirements analysis and solution design, apply advanced analytics to diverse datasets, and provide guidance on relevant platforms, tools, technologies, and industry practices. You will also mentor team members and promote reuse-first, AI-assisted analysis and documentation, with human review, appropriate data handling, and alignment to delivery standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
• Strong product management experience in data management or telemetry.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk, telemetry solutions, and data movement technologies.
• Excellent customer management and communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for solutions analysis workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalate when uncertain, and follow data-handling expectations.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques and experience developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights, including data visualization using approved tools.
• Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguity, and managing dependencies in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning; validate outputs and handle data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Use advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets and support data-informed decisions and business initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying technical fluency to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects.
• Mentor and guide team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning, fostering continuous learning and reuse-first practices for analysis and documentation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted analysis and documentation across the team, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.
