About The Position

AT&T is hiring a Lead Solution Architecture professional for its Business Architecture practice. This high-impact, cross-functional role combines technical system design, business capability alignment, and AI-enabled analysis. The position involves discovery, design, governance, stakeholder communication, and ongoing architectural oversight to ensure technology solutions support AT&T’s strategic and operational goals. The position provides technical leadership throughout delivery and supports Agile and DevOps teams implementing architecture solutions. It is a regular, full-time office role requiring presence at the Atlanta location at least five days per week. No relocation is offered, and AT&T will not hire applicants who require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
