About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solar Installer to join our team. In this role, you will lead your crew on daily job sites, coordinating tasks, supervising workers, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for the supervision of equipment usage and problem-solving on site. This position requires a strong understanding of solar construction procedures and excellent leadership skills.

Requirements

• Residential Solar Installation experience (2+ years preferred)
• Proven experience as a solar foreman
• In-depth knowledge of solar construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Valid Drivers License required
• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Roofing experience a plus
• Electrical experience a plus
