  • Embed performance engineering into the delivery lifecycle through workload modeling, automated performance tests, baselines, release gates, and regression analysis.
  • Design and implement observability using metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts, and service-level indicators.
  • Improve early detection of reliability and performance regressions in CI/CD pipelines and pre-production environments.
  • Analyze latency, throughput, capacity, resource utilization, failure patterns, and production telemetry to identify bottlenecks and reliability risks.
  • Provide engineering teams with actionable diagnostic data, clear problem statements, and prioritized remediation recommendations.
  • Define and evolve service-level objectives, error budgets, operational readiness criteria, and production health indicators.
  • Automate reliability validation, environment checks, telemetry verification, and repeatable diagnostic workflows.
  • Partner with development and operations teams on incident prevention, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and durable engineering fixes.
