About The Position

The Lead Social Worker LMSW provides leadership within the assigned department. Ensures that clinical standards and regulatory requirements are met, promotes service excellence and effective and efficient use of personnel and material resources, and positively represents the service internally within the organization and externally in the community. Ensures that services are maintained in accordance with the mission, goals and objectives, policies and procedures of the Providence health system and the department. Clinical responsibilities are commensurate with Lead responsibilities. Providence Adult Day Health Napa Valley provides the only adult day program in the valley dedicated to supporting older adults and adults with dementia, brain injuries, developmental and physical disabilities, mental health conditions, or other challenges-whether or not they have a formal diagnosis.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work; from an Accredited School of Social Work.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
• Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
• Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• 3 years relevant Social Work experience.
• May include post MSW experience.
