About The Position

This role is designed as a senior peer mentor position, not a supervisory one, for individuals with RBT certification and ABA experience. The Lead Social Pod Clinician will mentor RBTs and SPLs, provide real-time coaching, and manage a senior caseload. The position emphasizes a clear scope of responsibilities, with supervisory authority remaining with the Program Supervisor, Clinic Manager, and BCBA team. The role involves 75% clinical work and 25% administrative tasks, with a focus on supporting the clinician's BCaBA or BCBA pathway. Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is an ABA therapy company founded in 2016, operating five clinics across Southern California and Georgia. They utilize a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology, a pod-based group ABA therapy model, and serve a diverse client base including those funded by insurance, private pay, and participants in open play and camp programs. KEBM is a women-founded, minority-owned company committed to clinical quality and employee well-being.
