The Lead Clinician will attend meetings, participate in professional development, prepare reports, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Safety protocols, confidentiality, and ethical conduct are paramount. Other responsibilities include ensuring the completion of psychosocial assessments, service plans, and progress reports, overseeing weekly group sessions for children, ensuring the clinical department meets all state and federal requirements, and meeting deadlines set by the chain of command and federal partners. For Foster Care Programs, this role involves supporting, encouraging, and recruiting foster parents.
