About The Position

The Lead Shipper/Receiver assists the supervisor with planning work and determining job procedures and training requirements. The role arranges required tools, parts, and supplies; plans, organizes, and coordinates with warehouse personnel and the warehouse supervisor; and inspects and coordinates work performed by warehouse personnel. The Lead Shipper/Receiver also communicates with warehouse personnel and the warehouse supervisor and instructs or trains warehouse personnel in their duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and demonstrates a positive attitude.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Product knowledge.

• Working knowledge of mainframe systems and reports.
