This role is for a Lead Shelter Coordinator who is seeking availability for both morning (7am-3pm) and evening (3p-11pm) shifts. The position requires leading a team by example, maintaining positive working relationships, attending meetings and training, and conducting team meetings. The coordinator must maintain a high level of professionalism, manage crisis intervention, communicate with public service programs and donors/volunteers, and maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities also include monitoring sanitary conditions, becoming skilled with the HMIS system, ensuring data quality control, monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assigning team roles, consulting with the Shelter Manager, communicating during shift changes, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role may require working weekends, additional shifts, and holidays, and performing other duties as assigned.
