This role provides guidance, mentorship, and operational expertise to team members while ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Supervisor, the Lead plays a critical role in advising on recruitment best practices, facilitating process improvements, and ensuring accurate execution of HR operations aligned with the College’s goals.
