About The Position

Our client is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer. This is a full-time, fully remote position requiring EST hours. The role involves developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, and applying IT Service Management best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong familiarity and working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base, etc.).
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and listen well with business and technical people, regardless of title, with good self-awareness.
• Proven developer independent of the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
• Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions, application implementation and support, enterprise monitoring.
• Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis/modeling to help facilitate and inform management decisions.
• Secret Clearance
