About The Position

Jade is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer with 8-12 years of experience. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow products, with responsibilities including developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications, creating workflows and scripts to personalize applications and automate business processes, and managing web portals using JavaScript, BootStrap, and Angular. The developer will also monitor the health and compliance of ServiceNow, work directly with end-users to resolve issues, and participate in problem-solving during development, testing, and production phases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of strong experience of software development
  • At least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps
  • Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Working experience in Agile

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
  • Developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
  • Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ BootStrap / Angular
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow
  • Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production
  • Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows
  • Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices
  • Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems
  • Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
  • Deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
