The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and commercial refrigeration i.e. grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers, etc. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking kitchen equipment and refrigeration. The technician will communicate status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and the customer, complete service calls accurately and timely, audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked, and ensure the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms are consistent with Whaley standards of safety. The position also includes meeting on-call requirements.
