About The Position
Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Environmental Services, this role performs Environmental Services and Building Services assignments to maintain aseptic cleanliness and safety throughout patient and non-patient areas of the hospital. The position involves providing guidance and direction to team members, coordinating workflow, and assuming shift leadership responsibilities in the Supervisor's absence.
Requirements
- 0 to 6 months experience
- High School or G.E.D preferred
- None Required License / Credentials
- Must have understanding of English Language.
Responsibilities
- Performs Environmental Services and Building Services assignments and duties.
- Maintains aseptic cleanliness and safety throughout nursing/patient areas, patient related areas, and non-patient areas.
- Provides guidance and direction to team members during daily operations.
- Assumes shift leadership responsibilities in the Supervisor's absence by coordinating workflow and directing staff to ensure operational needs are met.
