LEAD SERVER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time LEAD SERVER position. This role involves taking and delivering food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The Lead Server will also serve as the point person for work-related requests to unit management, train and acclimate new associates, demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients, and promptly address and correct any complaints or issues. Additionally, this role assists in employee selection and orientation and oversees staff training in areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Barista experience required.
- Cashier experience required.
- Food Service experience required.
- Food Prep experience required.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
- Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
