We are seeking a Lead Dining Room Server to join our Culinary team. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Culinary Director and is responsible for leading and supporting the dining room team to ensure exceptional service for residents and guests. The role involves assigning tasks, coordinating service, training staff, monitoring operations, and maintaining accurate records using the POS system. The Lead Server will also act as the point person in the absence of the Dining Room Manager, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
