About The Position

The Lead Security Officer is responsible for providing safety and security to all visitors, patients, physicians, and staff, safeguarding the assets of the healthcare system, and assisting in enforcing healthcare system policies and procedures. This role involves taking charge of shifts and other officers when required by a supervisor, covering all posts and duties, providing in-service and training to new and existing security officers, and reviewing paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
