Lead Security Officer - $20/hr

Securitas is hiring immediately for a FULL-TIME Lead Security Officer to keep our clients site safe in Nashua, NH! The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism
- Quick judgment and ability to safely and swiftly de-escalate situations
- Prior experience (at least 1 year) in a security role
- Ability to obtain NH Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee)
- Valid driver's license and CLEAN driving record
- At least 18 years old
Nice To Haves
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
Responsibilities
- Actively monitoring the premises
- Patrolling a variety of locations
- Preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
- Providing customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers
- Safeguarding clients' assets and people
- Walking/standing for long periods of time
- Being outside in all types of weather for patrolling purposes
- Operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols
- Riding a bicycle
