About The Position
Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive developmental guidance and counseling program at assigned campus. Provide leadership to counseling team and overall guidance program. Counsel students to fully develop each student’s academic, career, personal, and social abilities and address the needs of special population students.
Requirements
- Master's degree in School Counseling or related field.
- Valid Texas School Counselor certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a school counselor.
- Experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
- Knowledge of state and federal counseling regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in student information systems and counseling software.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with program evaluation and data analysis.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
