This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Customers, and Operations to ensure projects are properly planned, communicated, and executed efficiently. This is a highly visible, fast-paced position requiring a proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure, has exceptional attention to detail, and approaches scheduling as a complex operational puzzle. The successful candidate will continuously analyze schedules, maximize crew utilization, identify opportunities to accelerate projects, and quickly adapt to changing customer needs, field conditions, and sales priorities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction or service-based scheduling experience and possess the leadership capability to eventually oversee a broader scheduling function, including mentoring and managing future scheduling support personnel.
