About The Position

The State of Arizona (AZDES) is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable Experience Cloud applications, Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), Salesforce integrations, API development, and mentoring development teams while driving enterprise Salesforce initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
5+ years of experience as a Lead Salesforce Developer
Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
Strong expertise in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX)
Experience designing scalable Salesforce architecture
REST/SOAP API integration experience
Experience with CI/CD and deployment strategies

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and solution design for Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.
Design secure Experience Cloud solutions using External Identity, SSO, and advanced sharing models.
Develop high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for LWR.
Implement personalized user experiences using Salesforce CMS and Audience Targeting.
Build scalable workflows using Apex and Headless Flows.
Integrate Salesforce with ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver unified customer experiences.
Establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
Mentor development teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions.
