We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flow, JavaScript, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore teams, conduct code reviews, establish development best practices, and translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect CTI integration, including solution configuration, gap analysis, customization, and AWS-side setup. The candidate will also drive technical architecture, oversee deployments, source control, environment management, and ensure adherence to CI/CD processes across Salesforce environments.
Requirements
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flow
- JavaScript and REST API development
- Event-driven integrations and platform events
- Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect
- CTI integration experience
- CI/CD, Git, and deployment management
- Solution architecture and technical leadership

Responsibilities
