You will play a key role for a newly chartered program working to modernize Gartner’s CRM technology .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
  • 8+ years’ experience in software development experience with Salesforce Force.com platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in UI development using Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce and leading a team of software engineers.
  • Experience in developing applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, controllers, triggers, Flows, etc.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems/applications using REST/SOAP APIs, SOSL and SOQL, Batch & Asynchronous processes, Platform Events, Change data capture etc.
  • Strong Team Player, Critical Thinker, Analytical, and excellent problem-solving skills, verbal & communication skills are required
  • Ability to anticipate and produce design applications that work with governor limits and scale appropriately.
  • Excellent software development and object-oriented design fundamentals

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Salesforce System Architect
  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect
  • Experience working with Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, bitbucket etc.
  • Experience with AWS services
  • Scrum software development methodology experience is required
  • Thorough understanding of the Salesforce ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) including Salesforce deployment effectively using VS Code and Metadata API
  • Experience in participating in architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise modernization initiatives
  • Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical designs across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems
  • Direct solution development, enforce architectural standards, and ensure adherence to security and governance requirements
  • Guide integration patterns using APIs, events, and data pipelines
  • Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications
  • Perform hands-on development to build Salesforce solutions
