About The Position
This role focuses on the end-to-end architecture and development of Salesforce Experience Cloud sites. The developer will be responsible for designing solutions, implementing advanced features, integrating with other systems, and providing technical leadership. The position requires a deep understanding of Experience Cloud capabilities, including LWR, Aura templates, security models, personalization, and automation. Integration with Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems is also a key aspect of the role. The developer will also mentor team members and communicate technical strategies to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
- Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
- Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata.
- Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
- Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
- Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
- Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability.
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
