About The Position

Magic Memories is hiring a Lead Sales Photographer to work at the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams, Arizona. The role combines guest service, photography, retail sales, and team leadership in a fast-paced attraction environment. The photographer captures guests’ experiences and helps create print and digital storytelling products and souvenirs. No photography experience is required; paid training is provided on the company’s systems. This is a seasonal, temporary position ending January 3, 2027. Shifts are available on any day of the week, including weekends, during operating hours, and the schedule is flexible. The starting rate is $17.00 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of people-management experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management, and cross-functional team members.
Professional communication skills and appearance.
Enjoy interacting with guests from around the world and achieving sales goals in a retail atmosphere.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Retail experience is a plus.
Previous guest-service experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail is preferred but not required.
Experience in digital photography is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide world-class service while creating memorable experiences.
Act as lead manager when the Assistant Retail Photography Manager is absent.
Provide floor supervision and perform administrative duties to keep the team focused on guest service and sales goals.
Take photographs and provide guests with memorable experiences and souvenirs.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Work with the team to achieve sales goals.
