  • Experience in content publishing through CMS or Salesforce's Knowledge Management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and business unit guidelines.
  • Ensure the strategic and timely delivery of this content across multiple platforms to support sales objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Content writers, and other stakeholders, to produce high-quality content that fosters quality user experience.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of content delivery.
  • Distribute digital assets ensuring content is published according to plan and effectively reaches the target audience through email, text, and Salesforce's Knowledge Management platform.
  • Ensure all communications are consistent with AT&T's brand voice and established Mid-Markets guidelines, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our messaging.
  • Utilize HTML skills to develop and manage articles within our Knowledge Management framework, optimizing content organization and accessibility for sales teams.
