The Lead Sales Associate leads BODYBAR Pilates studio sales and daily operations, drives membership growth, and builds a high-performing sales team. The role supports an exceptional member experience, cultivates a sense of community, and represents the BODYBAR brand in and outside the studio. The position is suited to a proven leader with sales and management experience, a passion for wellness, and the ability to inspire others.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience managing and leading teams.
At least 5 years of experience in retail, service, or fitness sales, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas.
Ability to generate leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals.
Excellent in-person and digital communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional, reliable, and punctual.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the BODYBAR sales process, achieve monthly revenue goals, and support membership retention through consistent engagement.
Recruit, train, and coach a motivated sales team, fostering connection, performance, and accountability.
Build local community relationships through grassroots marketing, partnerships, and networking events.
Build authentic relationships with members, support their goals, and encourage referrals.
Maintain a clean, organized, polished, and welcoming studio environment in line with BODYBAR standards.
Oversee retail operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure products are stocked and well-merchandised in alignment with the BODYBAR aesthetic.
Manage administrative systems, inventory, and studio supplies.
Engage with members before and after class to help build a strong studio community.
