About The Position

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a full-time Assistant Studio Manager to join its beauty and eyelash studio. The role supports the studio manager and helps lead the team, promote memberships and retail products, deliver welcoming customer service, and maintain the studio’s standards. The position is described as 32–40 hours per week and offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Requirements

• Sales, customer service, or previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and teach team members, and promote Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests.
• Assist the studio manager with membership retention and attrition.
• Welcome and assist guests, respond promptly to questions and needs, answer phone calls, and book appointments.
• Hold team members accountable to studio expectations and set expectations for quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
• Lead and assist with training in administrative tasks, including filing and data entry for guest records and surveys.
• Prepare guest records for services.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the lobby, studio, and public areas, including the restroom.
• Problem-solve in a timely manner in the general manager’s absence and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests.
• Assist the general manager with social media uploads.
