Hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. Requirements

• 1+ years of Sales experience in membership sales
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be goal driven, outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends
• MindBody Software experience

Responsibilities

• Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
• Works with Leadership Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
• Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
• Results oriented, metrics driven
