RETAIL MANAGER IN TRAINING
About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Manager in Training at Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. The role involves training in various stores within Knox County and potentially Utica. The position requires open availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with shifts varying based on store needs. The Manager in Training will be responsible for supervising and training employees, teaching teams how to sort and price donations, and ensuring quality control standards. Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is dedicated to providing training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well Utica if needed
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
