About The Position

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Manager in Training for various stores in Licking County. This position offers a pay rate of $15.45 per hour and requires 40 hours per week. The schedule depends on the needs of the store and requires open availability. The role involves supervising and training employees, teaching the team how to sort and price donations, and ensuring quality control standards. The company provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Travel to other Licking/Knox Goodwill retail locations within Licking County
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, twist squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
