Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Build lasting relationships by learning each client's wellness goals
  • Guide clients through a consultative, relationship-focused membership conversation
  • Recommend memberships, service enhancements, and retail products that support each client's wellness journey
  • Meet and exceed membership and sales goals
  • Schedule appointments and manage client communications by phone, text, and in person
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase retention
  • Resolve client questions with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture
