About The Position

AllKlean is hiring a Lead Water Restoration Technician in Post Falls, Idaho. The locally owned water damage mitigation company has been in business for 21 years and describes a team culture focused on cooperation, recognition, rewards, and professional growth. The role involves drying out flooded homes and businesses and helping customers through water-damage situations. Starting pay is $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The normal schedule is approximately 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with required on-call hours, including nights and weekends. Overtime may be needed, and some holidays must be worked. The company offers a paid trial day.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.
• Must be available for on-call hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials.
• Assist with setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with the mitigation team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH.
