About The Position

AllKlean is hiring a Lead Water Restoration Technician in Post Falls, Idaho. This position is a Lead Water Restoration Technician, which is a position with tons of potential! We dry out flooded homes and businesses and get to be the hero in our customer's difficult situation. We are a water damage mitigation company that has been in business for 21 years and well respected in the community. We have won Best Of North Idaho 5 times and have over 1500 5-star reviews. Our company has had explosive growth over the last few years and we are looking to add to our team. We are only looking for those who desire to win and grow professionally. We are big on recognition and rewards for hard work! Starting pay is $23-25 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee, vacation pay, and cell phone reimbursement. There is a requirement of on call hours, including nights and weekends. Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Assist with setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Work closely with rest of the mitigation team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH.
